One thing we know for sure is...
These shareholders (along w/ many of us...) believe the stock is undervalued and want to make (us all) a lot of $$ by getting involved in some fashion.
I think the market will likely appreciate seeing folks stumbling over each other to try & realize and/or attach themselves to Leronlimab's inevitable success.
It's like a Bugs Bunny episode with Leronlimab being the rocket, the shareholders being Wil. E. Coyote, and our shares being the rope tying us to the rocket, and activists/5%ers lighting the match. To the moon Alice!
As long as it doesn't distract current mgmt too much from doing what they need to do over the next 6 months, I doubt it will, ultimately they are still a small group and if they go over 10%, we'll all know via a filing again, they are not there as of today. If they do get there, it's even more an endorsement for the drug.
