This one comment proves to me that Dr. Dalton is one of the most tight lipped persons on earth, when one of the members of his own team is asking this question on a public format.

If we weren't connected with Morgan Health, or Apple Health, or Amazon, EagleForce there would be a flood of people protesting these announcements as false.
I am also fairly certain also that when the PR's start and filings are produced that the PPS will shock everyone.
