Apparently covid created a back log and the standard notices addressed many company's so there was catch up with standard notices regardless of particular circumstances!
I am of the opinion that Quantum is unlike other suspensions in that reports were being filed and possibly more this week and trading will continue without broker/dealer restrictions!
