Also note that when QMC restarted filing, first on March 23 and next on April 30th, thats only 5 weeks apart.
The new Controller came on board Jan 2021 and results in first filing two months later. No doubt bettering the reporting accounting and working with the auditors. This may result in filings coming faster, and closer together in a smaller time span.
