My Father strongly believed in the "Common Good", He passed that belief on to me. He died 54 years ago, but I still believe. Here is a novel idea: For all holders of Class A shares, for the "Common Good", after the Class B shares are listed, do not sell your Class A shares for a price less than the going Class B share price. Thereby insuring a one for one conversion. Sad to say I don't see this happening, the "Common Good" seems to have lost it's place in our world today. Pardon my wishful thinking...
