Great post smach.
The only thing I would differ on is....I think the board will still have a place to discuss our current value vs expected or future value.
I've said before I can't wait till the day we are discussing if we should be trading at $5 or $10 and all the worry about getting curent is behind us.
It's still hard to believe something Doc has worked on for 20 years is taking till the last few weeks of a hard deadline to get done.
Hopefully it gets done and is worth the wait and worry. I'm one of those who has a very significant amount of money invested because of Doc's public statements. It's hard to believe he'd say what he has and fail. The consequences I think would be substantial.
