Regarding sending letters to congresspersons of the press, Nader explicitly asked investors in a press release and in the conference call not to do that.
Inflaming your reviewer is not an additional hurdle CYDY needs at this point. Would you publicly disparage your boss right before your review?
The last attempts to push the FDA resulted in the letter which cause a 30% drop in the stock price which frustrates me to no end.
Any congressional action would take months and probably not find any significant wrongdoing against CYTODYN especially since our CEO said they FDA was right.
I hope that we all follow Nader’s request and let our new trials progress along with our BLA - it is the more traditional and likely faster way to approval in the US.
