QMC told the SEC in December that they would regain compliance with its reporting obligations by February 2021 (seven periodic reports due). Two out of eight reports due were filed in five months (Dec. - May).

At that rate, it will take 15 months to issue the other other six reports or August 2022. By that date another 5 periodic reports will be due.
