Pfizer, Merck, and Roche are all trying to develop an "easy to administer" COVID drug in pill form. They think they might be able to start human trials sometime in July.

It's a good thing for them that there is no other drug that's already past Phase 1 clinical trials, in an easy-to-administer format like a self-injector. That might eventually hurt sales of THEIR drugs, couldn't it?
