Here are my Final Thoughts before I go into Hiatus on Both this Stock & Board.....
DEF14 Document states 20 DAZE after Final Mailing to the 'hundreds of thousands' Share Holders will the NGIO Share Classes be Official then they must update the State of Delaware....
S-1/A #???? Will then Need time to be Reviewed and found in Effect before IPO.....
Without any knowledge of the FDA in regards to moving Forward with Phase 1.... I really wouldn't expect IPO before they Review that Data....and Move Forward...
S-1/A # ???? Also States that NuNu & DJ will pick the Appropriate Time & Date to Launch the Train from the Station.....Ship from the Dock or the Rocket to Mars....however you Perceive it to BE.....
Again this is My thoughts so in Closing I will be Holding You All in My Thought & PRAYERS....I do plan on Returning to Full Visitation come the First Day of Fall and HOPING YOU & YOUR LOVED ONES Have an Enjoyable Rest of Spring and SUMMER......
HOPING @ that Time to find the PPS moving in a Positive Trend & NuNu doing Well Also...
