What I hope is that during this SEC process, they are also managing filings.
I went through the SEC revocation page, and read through the orders of 10-15 of the most recent revoked companies. All of them were due to not being up to date on filings, as recent as 2018-2019 on some of them:

Now, I don't know the status of any of those companies, nor if they were actively working on filings or not, or their business positions. All I know is that there is a common recurring pattern of "ban hammers" on those who haven't filed. Yes, I sound pessimistic, and that might "piss off" some here, but the reality is that we are facing a hurdle (the SEC) that tends to not think twice for those not in compliance.
I will more than happy eat my words and say that I was wrong if things go for the better. Just frustrated.
