The company has retained counsel expert in SEC maters. The SEC is slow to respond nonetheless we are working diligently to understand and access our options. Once we have the all the details we will provide another PR with our plan of action.
We were in the process of drafting a shareholder update when the SEC notice was received. If the SEC does not object we would like to proceed with it.
