I understand needs of the business, but due to the loyalty of those who have stuck with Generex / NGIO and Joe over the years, they need to do something to make this right and a bit more acceptable to all the shareholders this will affect, especially with all that was said before.

Yes, we all still have the GNBT shares that will help, but based on the NGIO dividend information from the past, this is impacting and could very well be negative in that aspect, so in the best interest to those shareholders, NGIO Management should then perhaps clarify, do something to make it right if shareholders do take a hit during conversion.
