When we received the NGIO shares (Generex Dividend) Generex Management said that this shares will be in Nasdaq. Not in OTC!!!

Also, now we have a conversion rate.

For example: Now I have X NGIO Shares (class A shares)(from generex dividend). With this conversion rate I will have less NGIO shares in Nasdaq.
This is correct? I dont like this.
