Interesting about SimilarWeb since it IPO'd on May 12 at $22 per share. It opened at $20.76 and has traded in a range of $19.75 - $22.99, with that high reached on May 12. Yesterday it closed at $21.29. More interesting is the volume, on May 12 over 5M shares traded. Since then considerably less, just 198.1K yesterday, with yesterday being the lowest, but not much lower than the past few days.
So that's about $4M traded a day lately, on some days with high volume we've seen VERB do that.
Looks like for now not much going on with SimilarWeb since the IPO, but it hasn't dropped much from the IPO price as sometimes happens.
VERB has all the catalysts in place or about to be in place in the next few weeks to start recognizing revenue from them. All that needs to happen is to either show good adoption rates as they are occurring, or revenue from them. Substantial revenue could show up in the 3Q report, or sooner perhaps during 2Q earnings call Rory may be able to talk about adoption rates of VerbLive with Attribution and of VerbMail. It doesn't hurt that one of their customers is going live with VerbLive with Attribution worldwide on July 1, and immediately making it mandatory for their members, adding it to their subscriptions as of July 1 no matter when their annual renewal date is. If I remember right they have 40K members. Even at $5 each, that's some good revenue boost per month that will start showing up in 3Q.
