Joe has stated over the last several years publicly how he has always been for the 'shareholder'. He has stated it on CC after CC and even in posts.

I'm sure he doesn't want those words to come back and bite him in the butt by doing anything that would hurt shareholders. Remember, there are 'hundreds of thousands' of shareholders out there.

Anyways, anything that would have a negative impact on the current shareholders would literally be a disaster for Generex and NGIO after everything that has happened and now waiting on all of this. I just don't think Joe and team would put the companies in a position to do damage to the relationship with shareholders by stabbing them in the back,
