Re: Paul Jackson #29491
Simplifying a bit but I believe there are currently about 101.2m issued shares of NGIO based on the 63.4% or 64.15m shares you mention. (64.15/.634) Adding 5m shares to totals leaves us with 106.2m shares.
64.15/106.2= 60.4%. I thought it might be typo at first but it lines up.
However, @ $9pps*106.2m =$955.6m market cap*.604( Generex ownership)=$577.22m/120m( Gnbt Outstanding shares)= $4.81 GNBT pps
This price needs to be discounted for bankruptcy and dividend preference to Class B Shares. 25%? $3.60 before any other subsidiary factored into price.
