I would think it would, if the company would put the appropriate emphasis on it by dedicating a news release to it.
But they didn't, and thus not very many people, besides the few participating and reading along on here, probably know about that filing so far, which is why it does not have the impact on the pps you would have expected.
As stated before, I think Joe just tried to save the $$$ for the PR, waiting for the IPO date to be settled as well hefore he informs the more broader public via PR.
