There are 5 days between the Form-10 and the S-1, and it takes 2 weeks (possibly more) to get the S-1 money after the S-1 is filed. Summer starts on June 20th.
Do the math.
Oh, and Eric hasn't "refused" to update us. He has the the most transparent and communicative CEO in the OTC. If there is a more communicative CEO out there, I would love to invest in him too. If there is a specific "refusal" from him, I would like to see it.
Constant expression of past-frustrations and non-stop negativity on one's investment must be a fun exercise. I should try it sometime. lol.
Looking forward to $1.00+ this summer, upon the filings of the Form-10 and S1, the launch of MYFLIX and the announcements of a huge backlog of news.
