Do you believe Steve with the amount of share he owns wants his shares revoked?
Do you believe Steve wants to lose the Pasaca deal?

There was a reason they couldn't file, hopefully going forward that reason is behind them.
Interesting timing,
- deal with SEC current by Feb 2021
- missed
- allowed trading for 2 1/2 months after missing
- suspended shortly after Kansas decision
