Toodles, not saying that anyone from BR is lying to you but sometimes people inflate their role in a situation. We know that BR and Univec has some linkage based on what Dr Dalton said in a PM and based on the uncirculated press release about the COVID-19 research and patches. And yes what Dr Dalton is dealing with is very complex and God bless him for being able to handle this complexity.
All the DD gathered from private messages cannot be taken as fact and I think Dr D knows that. If he posts on Twitter certain information then that is more likely to be taken serious since the SEC recognizes Twitter as a platform for communication with shareholders. He never mentioned Q1 or June deadline on Twitter, so officially he didn’t miss any deadlines since it wasn’t said on Univecs official unofficial account. Smart on his part. Things are happening but very slowly and I think that’s the manner in which Dr Dalton operates. Hopefully we make the June 30th deadline because he would put himself in a worse situation as a Ceo taken his company to Nasdaq. And btw Nasdaq was said on his Twitter account, so I believe that will be done, whenever it is.
