Folks - for the love of our money:
A new 'registered agent' IS NOT Due Diligence.
Instead of clinging to scraps of nothing - we should be collectively and continuously letting Dalton know - what an embarrassment he is to his 'family' of shareholders.
Never seen a LEGIT CEO shirk responsibility like this. Also never seen investors continue to make excuses for a company the way we all have for $UNVC.
