So they will have 500 million class B shares to work with. We have to wait to see how the deal is set up as far as shares and prices on warrants etc. Hopefully this isn't another deal where the "investor" is going to dump shares and drive down the share price to capitalise on cheap warrants. I wish they would come to the existing shareholders to raise some of the money. Im sick of the vultures they keep making deals with
