The one & only question I have is how are the Class A shares going to be valued since they will not be offered or sold in any manner to the market...since that equates to being turned into Class B shares....
Another one & only it was also noted in that Document that they were including the 10Q date of July 31 2021 as part of that Prospectus....
Can anyone offer any insight to my concerns would be Appreciated...
P.S. Have already been Dreaming for over 18 months....might as well DREAM some more....after the IPO of course....
