Per S1 - IPO price is $9 per share..that means NGIO is valued at $900 million?
If GNBT owns 65%, then GNBT's value should be at least $585 million just reflecting NGIO's value...not including any other assets...which means GNBT's PPS should be at least $5 ($585 million divided by 115 million shares outstanding)
