I agree! But why didn't they? In my highly unqualified opinion it was one simple thing. Just one! The FDA did not allow 4 weekly injections, which was highly recommended by CYDY. That's it! We can add the DSMB not noticing the numbers going down closer to 28 days. If it was so obvious at the end, why not at interim? Might be a good reason, but I don't see it right now.
At day 7 we had 78% efficacy. Day 14 82% efficacy. 21 days 50%. And 28 days 31%. Anyone want to bet me their shares that if they would have had the two extra injections the efficacy would have been in the 90s%?
Efficacy in the 90s, 116% chance of leaving hospital alive, and 5.5 few days in the hospital, etc. Everything stat sig and CYDY is world news and a multi $B company. The difference is likely the two damn additional injections rejected by the FDA.
One simple change. The FDA is smart enough to understand this, at this point at very least, but still obstruction. It may be partially excusable to have done it in the first place, but not being able to see it now is either incompetence, or willful obstruction. To my ignorant mind this alone justifies an EUA during a pandemic. All IMO of course.
