That's the great thing about it. Pasaca has billions but in order to maximize their investment they are choosing to advise and enable Squires goals for QMC rather than just take over all control. Squires knows QMC better than anyone and it would set the company way back if he left.
Besides Pasaca, Squires is a big shareholder in QMC now, and he has always operated in the best interest of the shareholders, which includes himself!!!
