I already requested a FOIA request. I had a call from guy in the FOIA department at the FDA and he said "unapproved drugs are exempt from FOIA request. only approved drugs are open to them". I asked him why and he said "its to protect the companies"...I tried to get further clarification and he would not say anymore.
