The filing this morning is regarding a Registered Agent - not a Transfer Agent.
A registered agent is an individual or a company who is your official point of contact in the state to receive service of process, legal and state documents, and relay these communications to the business - basically a fancy secretary - I act as my own Registered Agent for my companies.
