The 420k shares was held between three parties, each with approximately 140k shares- I would also swing trade the stock at times, but infrequently as I live in California and short term gains taxed heavily-
And making money and managements competence can be mutually exclusive and has no bearing on my opinion of their ability and performance. In fact I bought a few shares at $1.88 this morning not because I believe in NP/MM, but feel the drug is worth at least a $2.00
in fire sale buy-out. Simple risk/reward consideration.
Their seems to be a groundswell of shareholders that also want to jettison NP and with good reason- He's unfit.
