All of us have skin in this game! Most of all Pasaca has a substantial debt/equity stake. I believe as the pr alludes to everyone is attempting to be above board and not make any presumptions about the SEC decision/penalty
The SEC is mission statement is tasked to protect the integrity of the investment markets and advocate for preserving the rights of shareholders! So hopefully we file the delinquent reports and move on or at least be provided a thirty day extension and release the trading restrictions! At this point I do not see any damage that have occurred for the SEC to come down hard on Quantum!
