Legal speak from their counsel for sure...you don't want to come across making it sound like " this will be over in a jiffy and we will be trading pronto" ...nuckles need to be rapped and a bit of blood drawn.I'm sure the SEC doesn't want to punish shareholders by halting the stock permanently.
