there will always be unrest and adversity that surrounds us in everything. but there will also be beauty and abundance as well..
what is the difference between them? nothing...if you focus on what's not going right..even when things are? it will be fleeting and you will fall back into misery.
if you focus on the beauty and abundance that life presents and surrounds us even in the face of adversity and unrest you will see the silver lining.
