IMO the longhaulers P2 trial has always been intended to discover which bio markers are helpful to follow. There aren't any goalposts to move. I believe CYDY would be smart to do the first Phase 3 longhaulers trial, outside of the USA, and don't piddle around with just a few hundred patients. Or also do a slightly delayed but concurrent & separate trial in the US. The foreign trial results must be announced first with time for their regulators to act on approval. Run the trial out of the US at respectable institutions where you are ensured you can enroll hundreds of patients immediately. JMO

PS How about multiple primary endpoints!
