As you all know, I bring up the idea of insiders buying shares on the open market. I have also posted links on how this can be done legally as part of a defined benefit package here and to Generex/NGIO. Yet here we sit for months(even years now) on end and no shares get purchased. With the frustration of CYDYers running high, some have asked the same question. Here is an exchange between a shareholder and the CYDY attorney:

I would be Mr. XXXX and have in the past but we are in a closed window. Because we are not yet revenue producing we only have 3 windows a year for about 1 month each when we can trade in our stock and now the window is closed until 2 weeks in early August and then not until October."
Hope this helps bring clarification. Lets see how they act in August.

Dear Generex and Anthony Crisci, Esq.,
Please provide shareholders with confirmation if GNBT/NGIO has a benefit plan allowing insiders to purchase shares on the open market and the details involved regarding restrictions of such a plan.
Mr Crisci, I included you on this note as I have reached out to you several times and have never received a response.Are you forbidden by Generex to communicate with shareholders or do my emails seem to be of such little importance to respond?
