Things happened and he didnt make the deadline. Lots of moving parts here. A couple weeks ago he replied to Trader Joe's question if we would be reporting with SEC before June and Doc said Yes. At this point it will happen its just a matter of days. Your money is already in so just sit back and wait and if you can, buy more while its cheap! Wish I had more money laying around right now.
