I would follow that question with another.
Do you really think he lied and said that knowing it would not happen?
Is that the only possible scenario?
We have actually discussed this in depth many times on the board.
The administration changed, projects got put on hold, the vaccine rollout was initally shaky, the new relief bill promised by the Dems was over 6 weeks late. On top of that Amazon health expansion is moving at a snails pace under much secrecy (we expect to be involved somehow). We've not had much of an update on Apple health expansion.
Many, many things happened (or didn't) and changed in Q1. The statement "if that wasn't his plan" seems a little insulting even though that may not have been the intent. I am sure Doc had every intention of making all of this happen in Q1. Being a dark company we don't know what the delay is but it is obvious there was one.
