It's usually hard to prove corruption. Because the corrupt are usually smart enough not to leave a tell or trail. However, this press release or whatever it is that the FDA released today has a tell and has a trail. These will lead to the culprit in due time. A day, a month, a year or a decade. However, they will now be exposed because they left a mark. A full Congressional hearing into who, why and how this was issued is in order. Instead of pushing back the inquiries, this may lead to more inquiry. The questions are not going away. Now, there are even more questions.
