I had the same exact thought
If the drug was so bad, the FDA should not allow EINDs so I think it is good that we can help save lives still even without revenue.
FDA must feel the same as well.
I also found it interesting that they did not quote the results from the patient subset.
It is good to be the boss.
Hopefully oversees will be more progressive.
