Companies will need to make ALL REQUIRED DISCLOSURES to OTC Market before June 30, 2021..........
So they can be verified ...............
And a market maker will provide a quote.....
IF NOT...
The Company will be removed from OTC/PINK and placed on the GREY MARKET....where NO QUOTE WILL BE PROVIDED...
Its about to heat up around here...as the pps continues to climb....from company purchasing stock...or insiders purchasing....as they game now has to be played a little differently if you want a quote....
Anyone still holding shares had better be ready for whats coming....
