Read the 8K filed by CYDY today. The FDA statement is a reaction to that 8k. The timing is no coincidence. In order to produce the statement as quickly as it did, the FDA would have required advance knowledge of the 8K filing. Is that a violation of law? By whom? That should be easy for any investigation to uncover.
