Shouldn't the most wait be put on a PR since Doc said that in a tweet I believe? Here it is on 6/27/19

I'm sure he has a good understanding of what will need to happen first and him saying a PR will make new beginnings I think that's what we are looking for. PR, price shoot up and close above $4.. Then halt and up list to Nasdaq. That's just my opinion but I say PR
