CYDY has not provided adequate powered studies and hit the boxes that need to be checked. It is CYDY's fault. Those are the requirements and there is nothing the FDA can do to bend the rules. The regulations are what they are. If we want to play with the big dogs we have to play by the same rules. We just need to check all the right boxes and get this over the finish line.
