FDA ...Substudies and Master Protocols is just their way of pulling the hook out of their mouth when they finally emerge and start stating that Therapeutics just might be the way to Go..They are talking prevention (mitigation) and treatment as opposed to VACCINES...They are postering for a get-out-of-jail card by these espoused actions...Janet is looking for a way off of the hook she is tasting.
