With 750MM shares authorized and 116.5MM outstanding, I'll take 1/4% dilution given our lack of cash options. It could be a heck of a lot worse.
With some of the business units showing signs of life, maybe we see a few more % dilution (3-5%???) in the next few months before we see some cash flow and/or funding from the NGIO IPO.
