Time is short as we all know. It's true that OTC Markets wants all noncurrent companies to submit all paperwork by June 30th (https://www.otcmarkets.com/corporate-services/information-for-pink-companies).
However, if we are in the process of talking to the SEC and NASDAQ (which you can do at the same time thank you LVgliders) then the OTC deadline is irrelevant.
Truth is it could happen any day. Doc has been working on this for years/decades and he will NOT fail or let the company get delisted. I don't think that possibility is worth wasting brain cells on.
Won't it be great later this summer when we can stop worrying about money, when we can take our families on any vacation we want, and when we don't feel we have to babysit the stock every hour of the day?
It's been real. But I am ready for the finish line.
