I suggest GNBT/NGIO prepare an update to the open letter they did early last year and get it distributed to the key players. President and all cabinet members, Congress, HHS, BARDA, OWP, DoD, WHO, NIH etc. It would cost next to nothing to do and you never know who might see the potential and start something in action leading to more assistance.

Send it out the next day after the research paper is published and PR'd or the next day after announcing the IND has been approved via a PR. Whichever comes first.
