Maybe they are waiting for the BOD to confirm him being chairman.
I applaud NGIO/GNBT taking this step. Interesting the timing of this action leading up to what is supposed to be NGIO's IPO and the trials starting. These companies need to work together yet NGIO needs some independance. I am not sure that having Dr Eagle as COB is enough of a change but it is a start.
