I was here and even nabbed a few in the $.27s, but to say NP is batting over 1000% is forgetting the denominator in the calculation. I’ve been here roughly 3 years so I’ll say he’s batting a little over .300. It’s still a solid batting average and nothing to ‘baulk’ at, but no where near 1000% extraordinary. Granted leronlimab has the potential (and my expectation) to bat .400+ for 12 years (pending management & patent limitations) once called up to the big leagues, but right now the front office is still farming this talented prospect. Craig yerns for the day leronlimab plays at home in Yankee Stadium.
For the record, while there are times I have been frustrated with NP (primarily post CD12), overall I have been generally supportive and I like the ex-US pivot they have recently done with the Philippines, Brazil and India. These are all extremely promising and if moderate expectations become fruition, NP should improve his batting average to .500+ by the end of the season.
