The June 30th deadline in perspective
In terms of 'Common Stock' companies currently listed on the Pink Sheets, there are 3960 tickers in total. Of these, only 1380 are 'Pink Current', 160 are 'Pink Limited', and the remaining 2420 are 'No Information'.
This is why the OTC are requesting all companies who are looking to get current prior to the September deadline file by the 30th June - they are obviously expecting a serious workload, perhaps overwhelmingly so. They haven't officially stated whether submitting after the deadline is an option, but I'd imagine even if you could, you'd go right to the back of the queue and be at a far greater risk of delisting - if it's possible at all.
Personally, I'm really looking forward to a more legitimate OTC - as Kgem rightly said in reference to Doc - there are just too many companies out there who use non-reporting to their advantage, many of whom also use the status for self-serving purposes, rather than to the benefit of their shareholders.
I have been invested in UNVC for many years, but I won't be hanging about or holding beyond the 30th without filings - each to their own, but it's simply too great a risk for me.
